Conditions:
- A one month security deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of the lease. The security deposit is required to cover any damage caused by the person or persons occupying the apartment.
- Attendant Fee: 300 Euro (must be given in Cash to the person who will attend you at arrival and departure).
- Down Payment: 300 Euro. Not refundable if cancellation is done less than 10 days before arrival.
- No pets allowed.
- Non smoking.
- Maximum occupancy: 2
